We now offer a formal support program that has three levels of ongoing support services. Most network equipment now comes with a set of warranties and support built into the cost of the hardware and software; our basic level of support services augments and improves this. It also includes access to MXN’s growing collection of technical tutorials, or how-to’s on many common technical tasks. These are three-to-five minute training sessions on how to program and secure networks. It also includes pervasive monitoring of a limited number of critical devices. And it also includes unlimited technical support by email, with a guaranteed response time for answers. This all for one low annual fee.
The other two levels include these services and then add more monitoring and support benefits, including direct assistance on a pre-set number of cases from an MXN engineer; working the problem to conclusion without regard to time. These levels add to the number of devices monitored and to the monitoring depth.
If you already have MXN support for your Mitel VoIP system we can add one of these three levels to cover other hardware and software for a discounted rate.
Any of these service and support plans will pay for themselves with the first few technical problems resolved. And any of them will catch issues before they cause problems, which will cover their costs with the first problem avoided.
